A Forest for Kye
A spirit as wild and free as Kye's could never be satisfied with a traditional memorial. Instead, we are creating Kye's Forest, a little piece of the world where Kye's memory can keep growing for years to come. Every contribution helps us plant a tree and build a peaceful place on our property where we can go to remember Kye and spend a quiet moment together.
We plan to have several tree planting days with family and friends in the fall or spring to celebrate Kye. We will reach out at a later date with more details.
Choose Your Seedling
Below you can pick a plant or shrub you would like to donate for Kye's Forest. After selecting, you will have the option to leave a note for Kye. When planting, we will print and laminate your note and hang it from your tree. Check back in later to see pictures of the forest as it continues to grow.
The Forest Floor
Contribute to the foundation of the forest; shrubs and smaller plants.
Quaking Aspens
Contribute a tree to the aspen grove where we can hear Kye in the breeze and watch the trees dance.
Mighty Giants
Contribute a larger sapling that will grow into a mighty giant; a combination of colorful coniferous and deciduous trees.
